From what i`ve heard the Allies took this private massagekopf from a tötenkopf lieutenant or so who gladly took long showers with this douchekopf.They asume that he had several kopfen for several porposes..physicaly speaken.
It has to be one hell of a unique item.
I think the handle is Brazilian or Italian Schwartzhemder buffalo horn with nickel silver couplers and rubber rollers for more pleasuring.
